Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we'll process and ship your order within 2-5 business days, which are Monday through Friday and don't include weekends or holidays.

If you place an order after 11 AM Pacific
Standard Time (PST), we'll start processing it the next business day. For
example, if you order after 11 AM PST on a Friday, your order will likely ship out the following Monday.

For orders shipping within the US, expect delivery in 3-5 business days after your order ships, while international orders can take 10-21 business days. Remember, "business days" always exclude weekends and holidays!

International Orders & Customs Fees

We’re a small, independent brand, and we want to be transparent. If you’re ordering from outside the U.S., your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees when it arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your country’s customs authority for more information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.  Please make sure all shipping and billing information is accurate prior to placing the order.
